Planning and executing marketing campaigns across marketing channels 2. Collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns 3. Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, Customer Relationship management and web). 4. Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks Requirements: 1. Desire to learn along with the professional drive. 2. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. 5. Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Google Analytics and Google AdWords) would be an added advantage. Revenue & Pricing 1. Effectively manage inventory & develop an overall pricing strategy for the region. 2. Ensure effective pricing strategies are in place to reflect asset strength relative to the Competition and specific market conditions. 3. Produce an accurate forecast on a weekly/monthly basis. 4. Pro-actively identify and analyze peak days and shoulder days taking into consideration past performance as well as new industry trends. 5. Clearly communicate strategic vision and objectives to all Sales Team Leads on how to drive revenues and improve performance. 6. Provide revenue management strategic vision during pricing meetings / cluster-sync. Business Operations Analyst Working with the business team involves all the activities as the Project owner and will be taking care of end to end management of Properties listed on our OTA (Online Travel Agent) & Organic Platforms for the optimization, driving revenue, query resolution, property management, ramping up locations and database analysis of the project assigned. Taking care of Travel Agent as a channel it will involve the optimization and generation of growth in terms of numbers and should be able to perceive that how we can scale the portion up. Responsible for entire portfolio, managing the MIS and sorting out in reengineering and excellence of the project. Operations. Managing the entire operation starting from Identification of a property to modifications and structuration according to our Standards and transforming with the help of transformation team in terms of facilities, Amenities, services etc. As a core operative resource, this incumbent will also be responsible for the materializing the requirements from the Vendor and will manage the entire purchase, procurement and supply network. Preparation of database and MIS reports is also a key integral function of this role.
