About the Internship
* Should possess a mixture of consultative sales and analytical project management skills. * Work closely with other cross-functional team members like sales, technology and customer success teams to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers by identifying and developing new opportunities. * Proactively assist customers with technical issues that may arise with their platform implementation. * Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis by identifying and providing timely workarounds and solutions when possible, to meet customer’s business needs. * Be at the cross function of business and engineering by helping clients succeed and reach their business goals by finding technology solutions to meet their needs. * Constantly stay ahead in communicating with customers. Manage expectations properly to avoid escalations. Be a strong voice of customers during onboarding and platform implementation. * Understand and qualify customer goals and effectively articulate the company’s ability to meet these goals * Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the customers architectural solutions/environment * Be the Subject Matter Experts (SME) who knows all of the products and technologies within the company and work closely with product managers to influence and create new products. * Refine and advocate customer interests, needs and product feedback to Product and Engineering * Work closely with the Customer Success teams to manage new and existing client accounts and understand every aspect of the customer experience by putting customer’s needs first. * Conduct workshops, training, business reviews and proactively suggest solutions by educating customers on existing and new product features/functionalities.
Who Can Apply?
